In response to the future trend of IoT applications, Panram has launched a wide temperature series of memory modules covering general standard, ECC and RDIMM modules, and using Samsung and SK Hynix chips. The entire series is equipped with anti-sulfuration function and supports capacities from 1GB to 32GB for all industrial grade applications.
